Become MDS RAC-CT Certified in Three Days!
Aging Services of Michigan (formerly MAHSA), in partnership with the American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordinators (AANAC), is please to offer the highly esteemed MDS Certification Program to long-term care professionals. This intensive, three-day program provides the opportunity to take all the courses you need to sit for the certification exam. We invite all professionals involved in the RAI process to consider this important and valuable certification.
Target Audience
This program is intended for Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Nurse Assessment Coordinators, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Social Workers, Health Information Professionals, Dieticians, Administrators and all members of the Interdisciplinary Teams involved in assessment and care planning.
Program Courses and Objectives
AANAC is currently developing the MDS 3.0 RAC-CT Certification curriculum and objectives. As soon as these are finalized, they will be available here.

This education activity for 22.5 contact hours is approved by the following: The American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordinators is an approved provider of continuing education by the Colorado Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Registrants must provide a legitimate AANAC Membership number while registering to take advantage of the Member rate. Registration forms that do not include the registrant's AANAC membership number will be charged the non-member rate for this course. To become an AANAC Member ($110/year) and take advantage of the discounted rate, please sign up on-line at www.aanac.org. If you have questions about your AANAC membership, please call AANAC directly at (800) 768-1880.You do not have to be an AANAC Member to complete the program.
Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellation must be in writing and submitted by registrant via email, fax or letter. Cancellations received less than 72 business hours prior to the start of the training will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee. If you are registered, have not paid, and do not attend or cancel your registration, you will be invoiced for 50% of the registration fee. If you are unable to attend, you may send an alternate. Please provide at least 72 business hours notice for any substitutions.
